Candlelight Kundalini Yoga Class with Cherish

Kundalini Yoga, coined the yoga of awareness, involves chanting, singing, breathing, and repetitive poses to activate your Kundalini energy, or shakti, a vibration located at the base of your spine. As the Kundalini awakens, it enhances your awareness and helps you move past your ego. The practices called ‘Kriyas’ each serve a specific purpose and focus on a particular body part or intention, such as mental health awareness, sleep restoration or strengthening the spine.

This practice is fun, awakening, as well as meditative. Come join Us around the candlelight to refresh and renew your mind, body and spirit.
